2017 is going to be huge in looking after YOURSELF your Health & Wellbeing

Let’s face it if ‘you’ are WELL then life is so much better & easier to cope with.

If ‘you’ are well then you are much more capable of looking after your loved ones too.

with all this in thought and combining years of knowledge and experience, Tracy & I have created these exciting workshops to promote health & happiness and to enhance physical, emotional and mental well-being.
We know how difficult it can be to prioritise ourselves whilst juggling busy lives so these workshops are a great way to learn skills, tips & info to help take positive steps towards well-being and to meet local like-minded people.
